WARRANTY
Knives and items sold by Solari Blades are handmade, and despite our best efforts they can have scratches, tool marks, defects in natural materials, and inconsistencies in finishes. In the event of a critical failure under normal use and within 12 months of the sale/postage date (see Safe and Fair Use Policy) the item will be repaired or replaced subject to inspection. In the event of an agreed repair or replacement Solari Blades will reimburse postage costs or apply as a discount in a future order if desired.
SAFE AND FAIR USE POLICY
Solari Blades accept no responsibility for how our knives are used or misused. Knives are NOT weapons, they are a tool built with a specific purpose in mind, they are NOT screwdrivers, pry bars, hammers, spears, climbing equipment, or door stops.
Levering on, hammering with, hanging from, modifying, or otherwise using knives in a way they were never intended to be used will void your warranty and put you at risk of serious injury or death.
Keep to the knife's design and keep up regular cleaning and sharpening maintenance to ensure safe use. See the Knife Care Tab for more info. Remember; a sharp knife is safer than a dull knife.
Solari Blades knives are designed and built to be compliant with the Australian Weapons Act 1990. However classifications and restrictions can vary between States and Territories. Please check your local laws before ordering. We will not offer a refund or replacement for items that are illegal in your region.
